Terms and Conditions for Hexbox Board Game
1. General Information
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, delivery, and use of Hexbox (“Product”), a two-player board football game.
1.2. By placing an order for Hexbox, the customer (“You” or “Customer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Order and Delivery
2.1. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery time is 6 weeks from the date of order confirmation
- This period includes both production and shipping time
- Delivery times may vary based on location and circumstances beyond our control
2.2. Shipping Information
- Tracking information will be provided via email once the product is dispatched
- Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information
- Any delays due to incorrect shipping information are not the responsibility of the manufacturer
3. Payment and Pricing
3.1. All payments are due in full at the time of order 3.2. Prices are as listed on the official website/store at the time of purchase 3.3. Prices are inclusive of standard shipping unless otherwise stated
4. Refund Policy
4.1. Non-Refundable Product
- All sales are final and non-refundable
- No refunds will be issued once an order is placed
- Cancellations are not accepted once production has begun
4.2. Exceptions
- In cases of non-delivery where tracking confirms the package was never received
- If the product arrives significantly damaged due to shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of receipt)
5. Warranty and Replacement Parts
5.1. Manufacturing Defects
- Parts replacement is available only for manufacturing defects
- Defects must be reported within 30 days of product receipt
- Photo evidence of the defect must be provided
- Shipping costs for replacement parts due to manufacturing defects will be covered by the manufacturer
5.2. Non-Covered Issues(Refer to user manual)
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse or improper storage
- Lost or accidentally damaged pieces
- Modifications to the original product
- Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions
5.3. Replacement Process
- Submit a claim through official customer service channels
- Include order number and clear photos of the defective parts
- Allow up to 14 business days for claim review
- Approved replacements will be shipped within 30 days

6.1. Intended Use
- Product is designed for recreational use only
- Recommended for ages 8 and above
- Should be used according to provided instructions (refer to user manual for guidance)
6.2. Safety
- Small parts may present a choking hazard
- Keep away from children under 3 years of age
- Store in a dry, room-temperature environment
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The manufacturer’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product 7.2. The manufacturer is not responsible for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Lost time or enjoyment
- Injuries resulting from improper use
- Damage caused by third parties
