1.2. By placing an order for Hexbox, the customer (“You” or “Customer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Order and Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

2.1. Delivery Timeline<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Standard delivery time is 6 weeks from the date of order confirmation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • This period includes both production and shipping time<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Delivery times may vary based on location and circumstances beyond our control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2.2. Shipping Information<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Tracking information will be provided via email once the product is dispatched<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
